Children are not the only ones who can learn. Adults and seniors benefit
greatly from this more simple approach. Simply Music is also very well suited for those
with physical or cognitive challenges. The method was conceived when the founder was challenged to teach a blind
student.
Students with previous piano experience gain new skills with this method.
Simply Music opens the world of accompaniment, improvisation, composition, transcription and more. Everyone learns a
"new way of learning" and acquires tools to apply in everything they play.
Children may be started in lessons around age 7. Some children are
able to start as young as 5 years old at the discretion of the teacher.
Children from birth through 7 years of age may benefit from a music
and movement program such as KinderMusik. This program is offered by Dixie Cramer at Music Time in College Place.
